Club Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Bookings

1.1. All court bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or by contacting the club directly.

1.2. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at the time of booking.

1.3. Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their booked time slot to allow for check-in and preparation.

1.4. Late arrivals will not be entitled to an extension of their booking time.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked time will receive a full refund.

2.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

2.3. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Court Rules & Conduct

3.1. Appropriate sports attire must be worn at all times on court. Non-marking indoor court shoes are required.

3.2. Food and glass containers are not permitted on the courts. Only water bottles with secure lids are allowed.

3.3. Players must respect other court users and keep noise levels appropriate.

3.4. Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the responsible party.

4. Health & Safety

4.1. Players participate in all activities at their own risk. We recommend consulting a physician before engaging in any physical activity.

4.2. Players must report any injuries or accidents to staff immediately.

4.3. ESTA Padel maintains appropriate insurance coverage but is not liable for personal injuries resulting from participation in padel activities.

5. Equipment

5.1. Rental equipment is available and must be returned in the same condition as provided.

5.2. Any damage to rental equipment must be reported to staff and may result in charges.

5.3. Personal equipment may be used subject to staff approval to ensure it meets safety standards.

6. Children & Supervision

6.1. Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

6.2. Junior coaching sessions are supervised by qualified coaches.

7. Photography & Recording

7.1. Photography and video recording for personal use is permitted with the consent of all players involved.

7.2. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from ESTA Padel management.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. ESTA Padel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and at club locations.
